Buyers Guide
Caveat Emptor – ‘Let the Buyer Beware’.
TBSW is not responsible for the authenticity of the goods advertised and cannot be held responsible if the goods bought do not measure up to those advertised. E.g. if the wording of the advertisement states the goods have a ‘brand’ name and the actual goods supplied are copies.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine, either by viewing the article for sale, or by contacting the seller for a description, to then act on their own judgement.
The rights and duties of both buyer and seller are governed by the terms they mutually agree on. TBSW is simply the advertising media - making contact with the seller and arranging for the goods to be collected or delivered is the responsibility of the two parties involved.
